Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada
How do I place my order?
Browse our STORE and click on the item you want to buy.
Choose from the predefined pricing and quantity/weight and add to cart.
Go to your cart page and review your order – add or remove products if necessary, before proceeding to checkout.
On checkout page, enter your shipping and contact details in the fields provided, select your preferred payment option and place order.
You will be provided with instructions on payment through email, SMS and WhatsApp after you must have placed your order.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
All our packages are stealthy and shipped discreetly. Tracking numbers are provided for all packages
How much does shipping cost?
All orders that are under $200 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $20 and express shipping of $50. Orders above $200 are eligible to get free shipping. This amount will be added to the cart checkout automatically.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders will be processed and out the door, the same day or next day. Packages typically arrive in 2 to 3 days. All packages are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar Express, FedEx Canada, UPS Canada etc. We have found this to be the most safe and reliable services.

How do you recommend storing your products?
The best way to keep mushrooms is in room temperature. Out of direct sunlight. They will last up to a year in appropriate conditions.
Which countries do you ship too?

How long will delivery take?
Deliveries are subject to the shipping location. We use Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar Express, FedEx Canada, UPS Canada which can take up to 2-3 days. You can track your order with the tracking number provided with your order confirmation email. Just input the tracking number into the proper field at UPS.
What’s the average shipping time?
When checking out you can either select “flat rate shipping”, “Express shipping” or “Free shipping”.
Using free or flat rate shipping means you have an average shipping time of 3-4 days but paying for express shipping means you get to receive your package in 1 or 2 days with overnight shipping available if order is placed before 4:00pm (PST)
Will i get tracking number?
After you pay for your order and the payment is confirmed, It’s just going to be a few hours before you get the tracking information relating to your package.
Tracking numbers are sent by email.
Am i sure to receive my package after i place my order?
Yes. Once you order from us you can be sure that you’re package will be delivered.

Canada Shroom Store™ has processed a good number of orders and there’s never been a single incident involving our customers getting into trouble with the law for using our website to buy psychedelic products.
What’s next after I make payment?
Please allow a few hours for us to receive and process payments and we’ll get back to you via email and text messaging with delivery and tracking info.
Must I use my real name when placing an order?
You are not required to provide your real information, although we do not advise. If you use a fake name then choose something real like: “Jason Smith” Orders that have names like: “A.Z.” Look suspicious and sometimes wont be delivered.
What guarantees the arrival of my package?
We make sure that the shipping address matches the information you have provided in your order form. A tracking ID is also provided so you can track the delivery status online. We do not have control over the packages once they are shipped. We never had an issue of missing or stolen packages. We only get delays at most, due to mismatch of postal code or incorrect address.
Optional: Add a signature for $2.00 and get full liability coverage for your packages. The name and signature of the person who received the package will be included in the delivery certificate. Reshipping is 100% guaranteed and in the event of a lost or stolen package.
Do you have same day shipping?
YES! Cut off time for same day shipping is at 3:30 PM (PST), Mondays through Fridays. All orders processed and fully paid before the cut off time is shipped on the same day. Orders received past the cut off time, will be included in the next shipping schedule. No shipping during weekends and holidays.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes! All of our customer’s information is stored in secure, SSL 256-bit encrypted servers. We will NEVER provide your personal info to anyone else – ever! We use the most updated technology possible to protect your privacy and discretion. Your information will be 100% confidential and private.

How do you package my shipment?
Our products are wrapped in stealthy packaging completely disguising the product. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection, and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking magic mushrooms or other psychedelic products so no noisy neighbors would know it is anything other than a regular package from the post office.
